Shere Family Acupuncture is an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans in NYC & Vermont and an in-network provider for Cigna. At your request, we will provide the forms you need to submit to your insurance compnay for reimbursement for your acupuncture treatments. Insurance coverage varies from one plan to another. Please feel free to call us to discuss your insurance plan to clarify your specific plan’s reimbursement policies.
24-hr Cancelation Policy
We understand that last minute cancelations are sometimes unavoidable, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, last minute cancelations are costly and do not allow us to offer those appointments to other patients. Please give 24 hours advanced notice for all cancelations. Full rate of the session will be applied for cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance. Call 347-251-2155 to make any changes to your appointment.
